We want you to love your Pawfect Merch! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

EASY RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item? We'll replace it at no cost to you, and we'll cover shipping for the replacement (US orders only). Just contact us atΒ support@pawfectmerch.comΒ within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us atΒ support@pawfectmerch.comΒ with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide return instructions and confirm your return address

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For standard returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover replacement shipping for US orders.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are issued to your original payment method withinΒ 5-7 business daysΒ after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Original shipping fees are not refunded.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or show any signs of wear
  • Items with odors or stains
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Customized or personalized designs
  • Items refused upon delivery

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange defective, damaged, or misprinted items. While we can't cover return shipping costs for exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you (US orders only).
