SHIPPING POLICY

We know you're excited to receive your Pawfect Merch! Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME

United States:

  • Free Shipping: On all US orders
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally - stay tuned!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders include tracking information. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS and other trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Many of our products are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality. This means:

  • Each item is printed just for you after you order
  • Processing may take the full 3-5 business days
  • Your patience helps us maintain quality and sustainability

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@pawfectmerch.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

HOLIDAYS & PEAK SEASONS

During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll notify you of any delays via email.
